Mateusz Bak

Mateusz is a BJJ brown belt, he has 7 years of experience freestyle wrestling and has achieved success in both regional and national competitions. Will over 14 years of BJJ experience Mateusz has won several competitions such as the Hereford open Welsh open. Mateus has medalled at prestigious competitions like the English championships and open international championships.

Mateusz teaches our submission wrestling classes on Mondays and has a unique style of infused wrestling and jiujitsu which are fundamental building blocks for BJJ and MMA.
